There are no things or people that stress us but there is a way of seeing the world that makes us under stress.

Stress is not “something” but a way of reacting.

Adrenaline, Norepinephrine, Cortisol are the 3 hormones directly involved in stress.
Balancing them and maintain balance their level we can transform our life in a stress-free zone.

Stress-free zone is an intensive of Kundalini Yoga so you will experience kriya, meditations, and mantras suitable for regaining and maintaining your hormonal balance. With a simple individual test, you will be able to discover the signals sent by your body and acquire a deep understanding of your glandular system. You will learn how little changes in your lifestyle and diet can bring a significant change in your psycho-physical-emotional condition and give you less stress and joyful & stressful life.

Adrenaline is a hormone released from the adrenal glands and its major action, together with noradrenaline, is to prepare the body for ‘fight or flight’.

Norepinephrine, also called noradrenaline are vital to the fight-or-flight response, whereby the body prepares to react to or retreat from an acute threat.

Cortisol regulates a wide range of processes throughout the body, including metabolism and the immune response. It also has a very important role in helping the body respond to stress. It’s called the “stress hormone”.

 

By a simple, individual test,  you will discover the signals your body sends, providing you with a profound understanding of your glandular system.
In this workshop, you will experience a variety of Yoga exercises, meditations, mantras, and many tools more, and you will learn how easily small changes in your lifestyle, in your diet, allow you to make a significant change to a richer happy life without stress.
