Sat Naam SunGalaa is proud to present: HAPPY HORMONES for HAPPY WOMEN & HAPPY MEN with Jiwan Shakti Kaur

“Your strength is how calmly, quietly and peacefully you face life.” Yogi Bhajan

A sense of well-being is the result of a balanced hormone level and depend of our “cycles” too. Day by day. The female cycle is a biological wonder, where the smooth change of hormones mirrors our inherent capacity of creativity also on a biological level, even if it can bring some not so nice humoral consequences. “Stressed out”, “Grumpy”, “Moody” are words can also describe a man mental state too, for what is called “irritable male syndrome“. Yes, even men can fall victim to hormone fluctuations and cycles. Like women, men experience hormonal shifts and changes. Every day, a man’s testosterone levels rise in the morning and fall in the evening as for the woman during her cycle. Testosterone levels can even vary from day to day for both. Estrogen is one of two main sex hormones that women have. It is responsible for female physical features and reproduction. Men have estrogen, too, but in smaller amounts. If estrogen is the superhero sex hormone in women, then progesterone is its trusty sidekick. Progesterone has many of its own important functions in your body, but it also plays a big role in balancing out the effect of estrogen, especially in the lining of your uterus. Men also need optimal levels of progesterone to produce adequate testosterone. Males usually have much higher levels of testosterone in their body than females. A normal male testosterone level peaks at about age 20, and then it slowly declines. A woman’s testosterone levels naturally change throughout her life, her menstrual cycle, and even at different times of the day. A woman with low testosterone does not contain enough to help produce new blood cells, maintain sex drive, or boost levels of other reproductive hormones. Insufficient levels of testosterone in men may lead to abnormalities including frailty, bone loss and drastic reduction of sexual potency. By a simple, individual test, you will discover the signals your body sends about these hormones. You will receive Kundalini Yoga kriyas, meditations, mantras and many tools more to support their levels and you will learn how small changes in your lifestyle, in your diet, allow you to make a significant improvement for having a richer happy life.
